Production Turnaround Times Our Production turnaround times vary by product and are based on business days. Our order cut-off time is noon. Orders coming in after 12:00pm will be scheduled starting the next business day. Once your order has been placed, we will update you via email. The number of business days you select excludes weekends, holidays, shipping and design time. Our administration hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time and excludes holidays and weekends.
