Our Production Turnaround times vary by product and are based on business days. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern time, excluding holidays and weekends. This does not include shipping duration.
If you have chosen the 'Do you have a Designer?' this option will begin once you have placed your order. The turnaround time selected is only for print production. Artwork turnaround time is not included in the selected turnaround time. We will try our best to have artwork for your approval within three days of order placement. Generally there will be changes from first proof...in which we will respond attentively with your requested change.
