We promise to keep you updated with the progress along with the shipping date and/or pickup date.  These updates will come to you by email notifcations.  So please make sure we are not in the spam folder or you may miss these important updates. 

Our Production Turnaround times vary by product and are all based on Business Days- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern time, excluding holidays and weekends. This does not include shipping duration.

Orders for pickup will be ready no later than timeframe chosen and will be adjusted online the next business day. 

Orders for Delivery will ship from our office no later than the time frame chosen. 

Level of service.  The charges are what you see in the calculator.  There are no extra surprises or hidden fees.

I can wait a week - 5 Business Days

Few days? sure! - 3 Business Days

Yesterday! - 1 - 2 Business Days

Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day. This excludes any shipping tunraround times and design requirements. 

The turnaround time selected is for print production only. Artwork time is not included and varies depending on your requirements. We will try our best to have artwork for your approval within three business days of placing the order.

But remember all good things take time to make them just right. And that is what our goal is for you.
